01 / THE CONTROLLER

The data controller is Pluartis, a professional entity managed by the Director, based in Brussels, Belgium. All inquiries regarding data management should be directed to the Centre’s administrative office.

We collect and process personal data strictly as required by the functional activities of our three pillars:

  • The Collaborative Registry: We collect professional identities, portfolios, and geographic data from independent practitioners. This allows the Centre to identify and contact specialists for project-specific collaborations. (Basis: Consent)
  • Education & Curricula: We collect registration and identification data from course participants. This is used for the administration of curricula, the issuance of certifications, and the management of attendance. (Basis: Contractual Necessity)
  • Consulting & Research: We process contact and institutional data from our clients and strategic partners to facilitate research projects and consulting engagements. (Basis: Contractual Necessity)
  • Curation: We manage contributor information related to the curation, performance, and distribution of creative works. (Basis: Legitimate Interest / Contract)
